HANBOO SOLUTION / MANUFACTURING

Eight line types.
Seven plants. One region.

Everything from fiber blending to water-jet trimming happens on our own equipment within Gyeongsangbuk-do — short internal supply lines, one quality system, and the Port of Busan for export.

Core process

The needle-punching backbone

PATENTS 10-1595438 · 10-1590156
PRODUCTION SYSTEM · AIR-LAID

Every felt starts the same way: fibers are opened and blended, carded into a web, formed to weight, then consolidated by thousands of barbed needles. What changes per product is the recipe — fiber mix, weight, punch density, and what happens after.

Export logistics

Korea build, US stock

NA SUPPLY — US WAREHOUSE
EXPORT — PORT OF BUSAN

US warehouse stock

North American programs draw from warehouse inventory in the US — release orders ship domestically, not across the Pacific.

Busan ocean replenishment

Production lots consolidate to Busan and replenish US stock on a fixed cadence.

Program logistics on request

Incoterms, transit times, container quantities and EDI arrangements are quoted per program.
